• Send your order via e-mail to order [at] kaos-kontrol [dot] org. Make a clear list of the items you want to order and always remember to mention your name and address.

• E-mail reservations are always valid for two (2) weeks!

• Kaos Kontrol takes no responsibility over money/articles that are lost or broken in the mail. All packages are sent 1-2 days after we have received your payment. All articles are in perfect condition when leaving Kaos Kontrol.

POSTAGE

CD(r) / 7" / magazine / DVD / tape

Postage for each order will be calculated separately, depending on the weight of the package, so please inquire for exact amount via e-mail.

 
10" / LP Postage for each order will be calculated separately, depending on the weight of the package, so please inquire for exact amount via e-mail.

If you want your package to be sent via registered mail, please mention it and we will calculate the exact price for you. The price, depending on the weight of the package, ranges from 6,00 EUR to 26,00 EUR.
PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer
We accept payments from EU residents directly to our bank account. There are no extra fees for bank transfers within the EU. This is much safer than sending money via mail, but please note that it takes 2-5 days for the payment to arrive on our account. Along with confirming your order we'll send you the IBAN and SWIFT codes as well as other needed details.

PayPal
With PayPal you can use your credit card to pay for the order. Along with confirming your order we'll send you the needed details. 4% PayPal fee will be added to the total price of your order.

Cash in letter
Note! Kaos Kontrol is not responsible for any money lost in the mail. We accept EU€/US$/UK£ cash well hidden in an envelope. No coins accepted! Please, e-mail your order first and we will reply with the exact sum and postal address.

POSTIKULUT

CD(r) / 7" / lehti / DVD / kasetti

1. luokka: 1-2 kpl tilauksissa summaan lisätään 1,00 EUR/tuote. 3 kpl:n tai suuremmissa tilauksissa postikulut sisältyvät hintaan.

2. luokka: 1-2 kpl tilauksissa summaan lisätään 0,75 EUR/tuote. 3 kpl:n tai suuremmissa tilauksissa postikulut sisältyvät hintaan.

2. luokan kirjeiden toimitusaika on 3-4 työpäivää.

 
10" / LP / 2LP

1. luokka: Postikulut ovat 7,00 EUR/paketti tilatun tavaran määrästä riippumatta. Paketin seurantakoodi on mahdollista saada tilauksen yhteydessä.

2. luokka: Yhden LP/10" vinyylin (ei tupla-LP) sisältävän maksikirjeen postikulut ovat 4,30 EUR ja kaksi LP/10" vinyyliä (tai yksi tupla-LP) sisältävän maksikirjeen postikulut ovat 6,80 EUR. Muissa tilauksissa pätee yllämainittu 1. luokan hinta.

2. luokan maksikirjeiden toimitusaika on 3-4 työpäivää.

MAKSUTAVAT

Tilisiirto
Tilinumeron saat sähköpostilla tilausvahvistuksen yhteydessä. Kun tilisiirto on suoritettu, kannattaa siitä lähettää ilmoitus sähköpostilla, jotta tavarat saadaan mahdollisimman pian lähetettyä. Kun rahat näkyvät tilillä, tavarat lähtevät postiin.

Käteinen kirjekuoressa
Huom! Kaos Kontrol ei ole vastuussa postissa kadonneista rahoista. Suosi seteleiden lähettämistä, mutta jos lähetät kolikoita, teippaa ne hyvin kirjeeseen. Tee tilauksesi sähköpostilla, saat vastauksessa summan ja postiosoitteen maksun lähettämistä varten.

Postiennakko
Hintoihin ja mahdollisiin postikuluihin lisätään 3,80 EUR postiennakkoveloitus.
